vg_battle, & kh_iconawards. As a warning, these icons are kind of old (5 months old to almost 3 years old o_O), so the quality is a little dodgy.
» 1-14 various Squaresoft icons (FFVI, Tactics, X, XIII, Chrono Trigger/Cross)
» 15-19 various Nintendo icons (Mario, Pokemon)
» 20-26 fighting game icons (Soul Calibur IV, Street Fighter IV)
» 27-44 Kingdom Hearts (it gets its own section)

Some of the icons and all the banners are ancient. The oldest ones I think are #31 and the Xaldin headers (those are like, January 2008 :|). I don't know, something obsessive in me wants to put up EVERYTHING.
